LAGUNA BEACH — November 3, 2026. Laguna Beach’s municipal parking page says recreational vehicles may be parked on city streets for up to five hours in a 24-hour period without a special RV parking permit.

Longer stays require approval

The city says Laguna Beach Police can issue an RV permit allowing up to 72 hours of city-street parking. Applicants need a driver’s license, vehicle registration, plate number, description and the street location where they plan to park.

Where to apply

The Police Department handles permits during regular business hours, and the city’s parking contact number is 949-497-0701. Do not rely on a hotel or campsite reservation as a substitute for a municipal permit.

General parking restrictions continue

An RV permit is not permission to park illegally at a red curb, block a driveway or disregard temporary work zones. Visitors should also check permitted vehicle dimensions and current street signage.
